Henry was just stomping around the kitchen, muttering fiercely to himself.  “Rose have a lot of candy, and I don’t have a lot of candy, but her have a lot of candy, and I hate her!”

    Poor Henry, maybe he should have had a black eye for Halloween, too, and then he would have gotten more candy. And those are awesome gloves.

      For what it’s worth, Rose and Henry trick-or-treated at all the same doors. Halloween inequality usually sets in after the event, when variations in kids’ candy-eating momentum play a role.

      (Do you like how Henry opens his candy with scissors?)
