Rose crawls past on all fours, barking, with a charger cord wrapped around her neck. Henry walks ahead of her, holding the plug end of the charger cord. I say, “We never ever put things around our necks.” Rose stops to listen, but Henry keeps walking–and the cord tightens around Rose’s neck.
