My wild Irish Rose

Rose is four today! She and Mabel are wearing matching jumpers I made for them last year using almost every bit of a tablecloth I got at TJ Maxx, and an Ottobre pattern. This year I moved the buttons down on the straps, which gave enough extra length that they were still able to wear them, as I’d hoped. (And for the next few years Rose should be able to wear Mabel’s — a little St. Patrick’s Day sewing going a long way.)

Between it being freezing outside and Rose’s “Cheese!” smile, my photography efforts weren’t very successful (but the girls’ beauty shines through.)
