Pokemon paper craft

Isaac’s got all his friends doing paper crafts today — he made this model by printing, cutting, and taping together pieces that can be found by clicking here. There are four models to choose from. I think these would be a bit too complex for younger kids, but for ‘tweens it’s a great little craft.

Update:  My brother says that link takes you to the main Pokemon site, so here are the links to the individual .pdfs for the projects:

Pikachu

Chimchar

Piplup

Turtwig

That’s adorable! And I’m sorry I’m not a better blog stalker, but how old is your Issac?

He’s eleven — I keep meaning to make a slightly more informative “about me” type page with that kind of information in it.

I wonder how long it will be before you get Pokemon hits. Please let us know. Anyway I LOVE EVERYTHING you’ve added….

Oh, I’m already getting “Pokemon paper craft” types of searches — three of them already since yesterday evening. Another big one lately is searches along the lines of “hiccups anesthesia,”and this weekend I’ve had a bit of a spike in searchers interested in hair donation (must be a hair-cuttish season.) I really like it when I know that the searcher’s been led to just what they are looking for — rather than bad jokes about crumb-coated babies when they’re expecting a cooking blog.

It does seem to be a hair-cuttish season (let us hope hair-cutish as well), with changing dos all around. Hmm . . . you say Dean is standing again?

You might want to know that the link you provided actually goes to the main Pokémon site rather than to the specific sub-pages of the Flash animation with the cutouts, although for now it’s easy to find them. I’m guessing the modeled model is “Piplup”, with a .pdf of the cutout here:

It works for us — I guess because there’s already a cookie on our computer?
