Mabel’s movie reviews (as told to me during lunch)

“I don’t mean to be rude to the cast of ‘Enchanted,’ but, compared to ‘Horton Hears a Who,’ I would give ‘Enchanted’ two stars, and I would give ‘Horton Hears a Who’ five stars. I thought ‘Enchanted’ was really good, but now that I’ve seen ‘Horton Hears a Who,’ fshooo, that thought just got flooded. I have never seen, nor will I ever see, a movie as good as ‘Horton Hears a Who.’ [Pause.] I do think Enchanted is clever, though; I mean, one minute she’s in this world called Anasia where everything is cartoon and magicky, and she falls in this wishing well and goes into this solar system kind of thing and these magic sparkly things stick to her, and the magic sparkly things make her come out of a sewer in New York City, and she’s a human, not a cartoon like when she was in Anasia. I don’t know how they thought of that.”

Love the review, she needs to be hired as the child movie review critic in one of the papers. A lot of insight!
