and then I heard a lot of commotion. Rose came inside and tearily complained, “Mommy, Mabel wants to be the teacher, and I don’t, and I very scary!” Me: “Mabel wants to teach you, and you don’t want to?” Rose: “Yeah. And tricks, and I not, and I very scary.”
